This class is 3-5hrs. This is an individual or group butchering masterclass.

This class will cover butchering a beast from snout to hoof - or foul from beak to feet.
This is a hands-on intensive course wherein you will learn the types and quality of cuts of meat - primals and subprimals - and butchering techniques. Learn animal welfare, sustainable practices and anatomy. Learn to use boning knives and bone saw.
Learn recipes for great meat dishes.
Base prices are shown here. Surcharge applies based on ingredients, customization and length of class. Before Checkout, you will be prompted to complete a Butchery Class product surcharge quote request.
Price excludes cost of product (market price). You will take home a variety of butchered cuts.
We will only use properly raised animals - no factory farmed product.
